“you don’t have to learn. how. to love yourself. you just have to remember there was nothing wrong. with you. to begin with. you just have to come home.”

I offer therapy for people seeking radical accompaniment, cultural humility, and a greater sense of agency in their lives.

I tend to resonate in particular with multiracial people, people of color, gender-expansive folx, and children of immigrants. I see:

Preteens & teens exploring identity, belonging, stress, and family dynamics.

Adults wanting clarity, grounding, and deeper self-understanding.

Couples seeking better communication, emotional connection, and healing of relational patterns.

It’s good to meet you this way. I’m Zoë. 👋🏼

My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed.

I offer a creative, nontraditional model of psychotherapy known as gestalt, which I see as inherently liberation-oriented. Sessions include building awareness of the here-and-now, collaboration and consent, experiential exercises, parts work, and integration. Together, we might explore emotions and somatic sensations, imagination and images, systems of oppression, and aspects of yourself that have been kept quiet or hidden.
